A couples' studio in the grounds of one of Sanctuary Point's first houses, a short walk from the shores of St Georges Basin.
The studio is one of three separate buildings set in private gardens: the studio itself, a bathroom and laundry a few steps across the lawn, and an outdoor kitchen with a cooktop, BBQ, sink and fridge. Guests have the grounds to themselves, with kangaroos, possums and parrots dropping by most days. The Basin Walking Track is about ten minutes away on foot.
